Repairs of coke oven battery No.3 at ArcelorMittal Temirtau

In mid-June 2021, OKOS team has completed rebricking of heating walls No.324-325 at the last repair site of Coke oven battery No.3 at ArcelorMittal Temirtau. We have rebuilt the refractory brickwork six vertical flues deep and replaced the related flashplates and other oven hardware items.

As at 01.07.2021, ovens No.322, 323, 324, 325 and 326 were recommissioned and since then, have run for more than 10 turnovers each. The average amperage value during oven pushings was 130-140 A. These coke ovens are currently being charged full weight and operating without any faults.
