Hereby we inform you that Closed Joint-Stock Company “OGNEUPORKOKSSERVIS” (CJSC “OKOS”) re-organized into “OGNEUPORKOKSSERVIS” Limited Liability Company ("OKOS” LLC.) since 06.10.2014.
In accordance with the legislation and the certificate of ownership and merger approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of CJSC "OKOS" (Minutes No27, dated 17.06.2014) "OKOS" LLC. shall be the legal successor in respect of all rights and obligations of CJSC "OKOS".
